About Us

When faith forward individuals band together to make a difference, the world becomes a better place and, somewhere along the way, all of our lives are changed.

What began as a local endeavor to provide healthcare and stewardship to neglected individuals in the community has grown into a mission to improve the quality of life for people around the world. The Outreach focuses initially on providing primary healthcare but through the strength and wisdom of our physician-volunteers, we will address such areas as mental health, family relationships and other social issues.
